ANG Nurture Foundation

ANG Nurture Foundation

Responsibilityto give.

Destiny, karma, and fortitude shape much of what unfolds in life. But sometimes, all that stands between ability and achievement is opportunity.

The challenge is not a lack of talent;it is a lack of access.

We were shaped by those who taught us that effort must be honest, decisions must be thoughtful, and success must carry responsibility. From these values, ANG and its companies were built.

ANG Nurture is our gratitude in action. It is our acknowledgement that what we have received cannot remain personal. It must circulate.

Skill without exposure fades. Potential without encouragement retreats. Courage without support struggles to rise.

THEMATIC PILLARS

Our work is guided by areas that reflect both need and conviction.

01

EDUCATION

Where children learn to believe in themselves.

Because confidence begins in classrooms where children feel seen, supported and capable.

02

SPORT & YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

Where talent meets the chance to compete.

Because discipline, resilience and belief are often built on fields before they are built in life.

03

HEALTH & MENTAL WELL-BEING

Where age is met with care, not abandonment.

Because care — especially for the mind — remains fragile in many communities, yet foundational to human dignity.

04

WOMEN & SKILL EMPOWERMENT

Where skill becomes self-reliance.

Because independence and opportunity must be practical, not theoretical.

05

CLASSICAL DANCE & EXPRESSION

Where tradition meets expression.

Because tradition lives through practice,
not memory.

06

COMMUNITY & COMPASSION

Where compassion becomes infrastructure.

Because responsibility extends to the ecosystems — social and cultural — that sustain us.

Our Work · 2024–25

Deliberate steps.
Not grand gestures.

Across each initiative, the intention is the same: to create conditions where ability finds expression. These are not programmes defined by scale. They are defined by continuity.

Education

Mother Miracle School, Rishikesh

Recognised as the best school in Rishikesh every year since 2015. ANG Nurture sponsors the complete K–12 education of Atripsha — providing academic support, daily nutrition, access to computer labs, and holistic development through arts, sport, and yoga. Learning that holds, guides, and stays.

Community & Compassion

Anadi Seva Prakalp, Palli, Haryana

Founded in 1996 to ensure that age would not mean neglect. ANG Nurture supports nutrition, infrastructure, sustainability, and community outreach — reinforcing a model where elderly residents live not in isolation, but in stability and respect. Dignity in old age is a commitment sustained over time.

EDUCATION

Arpan & Arpana

Both organisations ensure children have access to structured education up to Class 9, delivered in English and Hindi. ANG Nurture provides learning resources, teacher enablement, and wellbeing support. One of the Foundation’s directors’ family members has taught consistently at both institutions for many years. Education that is patient, personal, and sustained.

WOMEN & SKILL EMPOWERMENT

Leap 300

Founded by Karan Bajaj, Leap 300 operates on the belief that non-profits require the same operational rigour as successful enterprises. The initiative supports adults ready to rebuild, reskill, or reposition their lives — through mentorship, skill development, healthcare access, and resource assistance. When individuals are provided the right mix of guidance, tools, and accountability, enterprise becomes viable.

WOMEN & SKILL EMPOWERMENT

B.S. Negi Mahila Pravidhik Prashikshan Sansthan

Three decades of vocational training for underprivileged women. ANG Nurture supports Project Kanya and Project Sahyog — providing tailoring, computer literacy, and life skills training with structured mentorship. When young women gain skills and confidence, the effect extends beyond the individual.

HEALTH & MENTAL WELL-BEING

Movement Mantra — Still Dancing

For individuals living with Parkinson's disease, Movement Mantra centres movement over limitation — through dance therapy, guided exercise, storytelling, and shared performance. ANG Nurture supports the Still Dancing event, where participants step onto a public stage not as patients, but as performers. Inclusion becomes real when visibility replaces invisibility.

SPORT & YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

Project Elevate

Project Elevate works with aspiring athletes who have demonstrated potential but lack the ecosystem to progress. Excellence in sport is never the outcome of talent in isolation — it is shaped by disciplined training, informed coaching, medical and nutritional support, and the mental resilience that comes from mentorship and competition experience.

SPORT & YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

Rakhi Kumari

From South Delhi, daughter of a security guard, winner of multiple gold medals and Best Athlete of Zone 24 in 2022. ANG Nurture sponsors her school fees, sports gear, and coaching — enabling her to pursue national-level athletics without choosing between education and ambition. Talent, when supported consistently, becomes preparation.

COMMUNITY & COMPASSION

Shri Mata Ji Gaushala, Barsana

Established in 2007, the Gaushala has grown from two rescued cows to one of the largest cattle shelters in India. ANG Nurture supports nutrition, infrastructure, sustainable dairy operations, and community feeding programmes. When compassion is organised at scale, it becomes sustainability.

SPORT & YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

Squash Xtreme Academy

In a sport often perceived as elite and inaccessible, Squash Xtreme has built a different pathway — combining professional coaching, fitness conditioning, and a weaker sections programme offering free boarding and lodging to grassroots talent. ANG Nurture supports coaching, tournament participation, and mentorship.

CLASSICAL DANCE & EXPRESSION

Kalyani Kala Mandir

Dedicated to the preservation of Bharatanatyam and Indian classical music, founded by Rashmi Khanna — a distinguished exponent trained in the Dandayudapanipillai style. ANG Nurture supports KKM in its mission to keep Indian culture alive through successive generations. Tradition lives through practice, not memory.

NATIONAL RELIEF

Prime Minister's National Relief Fund

In moments of national emergency, response must be immediate, coordinated, and credible. ANG Nurture's contribution to the PMNRF reflects a recognition that national-scale challenges require national-scale mechanisms. This is not a programme defined by visibility. It is defined by readiness

We do not see this work as a programme.
We see it as
continuity.

ANG's vision has always been rooted in building things that last. Not only businesses, but values. Not only growth, but grounding. The Foundation carries that same intent.

In 2025–26, we chose depth over dispersion. We chose continuity over noise. We strengthened partnerships doing meaningful work quietly and consistently. We asked not “How much can we do?” but “Where can we truly matter?”

Impact, to us, is not visibility. It is a responsibility sustained over time.

|   To build well.
|   To give responsibly.
|   And to ensure that what we have received continues forward.
